Camp FIT4MOM is our special summer series built into stroller classes and designed to keep moms and kids happy all season long. Each week features a new camp theme with songs, activities, movement, and simple crafts woven right into class.

You’ll get:

How Camp Works

Every week includes:

  • 2 Camp FIT4MOM stroller classes (Monday & Friday)
  • 1 themed field trip or special outing (Rotating days)
  • New weekly themes and activities

Camp is included with your FIT4MOM membership or class pass, just use the app to register for your class or event and show up ready to move, connect, and make summer memories together.

FAQ

Do I need to sign up separately for camp?

Nope! Camp FIT4MOM is built right into our stroller classes during the summer. Just sign up for the class or event you'd like to attend so we know you'll be there!

What ages is this for?

All ages are welcome from newborns to big kids enjoying summer break.

Do my kids need to sit in a stroller?

We ask that all kids under 4 remain seated in a stroller or wagon, or a baby carrier. Older kids are welcome to sit near mom or hang out on our big kid blanket. We want to keep the space safe from moms tripping over kids.

What if my child doesn’t participate?

That’s completely okay. Kids can participate as much or as little as they’d like. We have lots of fun built into the class to keep kids of all ages entertained.

What should I bring?

Water, sunscreen, snacks, and anything your little one may need during class.

Do I need to be “in shape” to join?

Not at all. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and stages of motherhood. All of our instructors are trained in pre and postpartum fitness and can help you modify your class to make sure it's perfect for you.
