Salt Creek Trail System - Brown Unpaved Spur, Brookfield, IL 60513
Join us at Brookfield Woods for this outdoor only location. Park in the lot and meet us near the pavilion. This nature preserve provides a beautiful walking trail for us perfect to see some wildlife during a Stroller class! Conveniently located next to Brookfield Zoo, perfect for a play date after class!

Indoor BodyBoost classes will take place in the Ford Room at Church of the Holy Nativity. Upon entering the building head up the stairs and turn towards your left. your instructor, likely Eve, will be ready to great you and get the workout started. You will need an exercise mat and water at this location.
The Community House, Hinsdale

Join us at The Community House Friday at 9:30am, Saturday at 7:00am, and Sunday at 8:00am! Check the whiteboard at the entrance for our location. We will do our best to be outside on the back patio. If rainy or temperatures under 40 degrees (real feel) will bring us indoors for the day.

Our Winter location - currently on a break to enjoy the warmer outdoor Spring and Summer Temps!
Stop at the front desk to check in and head down the hall to our field. Bring a mat or towel for floor work, the turf can get stuck to sweaty skin. There is a bathroom with changing table, drinking fountain for water bottle refills and you can stay and play after class any their Playroom Time to extend your morning! See ya there!
