Looking for motivation to move as the seasons shift? Whether you're chasing your first 5K, training for a longer race, or simply looking for a reason to lace up and get out there—Run Club+ is for you.
This 8-week program is built around community, accountability, and personalized support, designed to meet you wherever you are on your running journey. You’ll get a weekly in-person run, a weekly cross-training workout (in person or virtual), and a training plan tailored to your unique goals. Oh—and you’ll have a coach and a team of incredible moms cheering you on every step of the way.
What’s Included:
Weekly Group Run every Sunday at 6:45 AM (rotating locations: Downers Grove, Hinsdale, La Grange)
One Weekly Cross-Training Class (join in person or virtually)
Customized Training Plans for 5K, 10K, or half marathon goals
Coaching Support to keep you consistent, confident, and injury-free
Education on Recovery, Nutrition, and Injury Prevention
Accountability and Connection with a team of encouraging, like-minded moms
A Confidence Boost that goes way beyond the miles
