Looking for a way to stay active, challenge yourself, and connect with a supportive community of moms this summer? Whether you're training for your very first 5K or hoping to improve your pace, Run Club+ is designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward—one stride at a time.
This 8-week guided program combines a weekly in-person group run with a weekly cross-training class (in person or virtual), plus ongoing support and encouragement from your coach and teammates. You’ll receive a personalized training plan based on your goals—whether that’s walking, jogging, running, or racing—and the tools to stay consistent, injury-free, and confident.
What’s Included:
Weekly Group Runs every Wednesday evening in La Grange / Oak Brook
One Weekly Cross-Training Class (join virtually or in person)
Training Plans tailored to 5K, 10K, or half marathon goals - perfect for all fitness levels
Support & Accountability from your coach and fellow moms
Tips on Nutrition, Recovery, and Injury Prevention
A Stronger Sense of Community and connection that lasts beyond the finish line
