Can I try a class before I join?
Yes, and your first class is always free! Click the link at the top of your screen to find out more.
Do I need to pre-register or can I just show up?
While you can absolutely just show up, we would prefer you pre-register. By registering, you ensure you get details about where to meet us and what to expect.
What do I need to bring to class
For you: water, towel, yoga mat, or blanket, and comfortable exercise shoes and clothing. Your instructor will have any additional equipment you will need.
For your littles: snacks, toys, diaper bag essentials, and any stroller they can be safely secured in during the entire class.
I just had a baby, when can I join stroller classes?
You can begin attending class with your doctor's clearance to begin exercising, typically after your six week postpartum appointment. See you there, mama!
Can I attend classes if I am pregnant?
Absolutely! We encourage expectant moms to continue to exercise throughout their pregnancies as long as everything has been approved by their physician. We can modify any exercise that poses a challenge as you progress through your pregnancy.
FIT4MOM® recommends you obtain your doctor’s approval prior to beginning any exercise program. If pregnant, please speak with your physician before your first day.
How will I know if the class location has changed due to weather?
In case of inclement weather, outdoor class locations may change. Pre-enroll for classes to be emailed with last minute weather location changes or cancellations. You can also join Our Village Facebook group for last minute updates
Do I need to be a runner to attend these classes?
Absolutely not! FIT4MOM is for moms of all fitness levels. We meet for a warm up, then power walk or jog to each exercise station. You exercise at the pace you feel most comfortable.
At what age can my baby be in a jogger?
As a general guideline, when your baby can hold his/her head up, he/she can ride in a jogger. But, we suggest that you follow your own stroller manufacturer’s guidelines. With shock absorbers and recline features, the age can be quite young.
Do I need a jogging stroller for the workout?
Jogging strollers are not required. As long as the stroller is sturdy, not prone to tipping and all children can be safely strapped into their seats for the duration of class, it will work just fine!
What if my baby doesn't like being in the stroller, gets fussy or I need to feed?
Our classes are designed to keep the kids moving and engaged by incorporating songs and various props to keep them engaged. With that said, if you need to change, nurse or console your baby, please do so - remember, you are in good company.
Can my older children walk along or ride their bike during class?
Safety is our first priority, so children secured in strollers will always be the goal.
School age children are able to join us out of the stroller only after you sign and agree to the Big Kid waiver. Children who have agreed to the terms of the big kid waiver will remain seated during exercises and will walk or jog next to their parent while moms travel. No bikes or other personal transportation will be allowed. Please reach out to Eve if you'd like to review this agreement.

Sadly, no. We have some classes that are just for moms!

Do I need to be in great shape to participate in class?
Not at all! FIT4MOM is for moms of all fitness levels. We empower you through choice. You will be coached by a trained fitness instructor who will guide you through exercises best for your age and stage of motherhood. You exercise at the pace you feel most comfortable.

As moms, we understand that life is about finding balance while nurturing our minds, bodies and spirits. Our FIT4MOM Our Village Events and Playgroups was created with this aspiration in mind. By becoming a member, you will build a tight community of moms to share advice, tips and most importantly, laughter. Support and connect with other moms through:

MONTHLY Mommy and Me play dates- get your kids involved in fun activities, special events for showers, births, meal trains, etc., for our members, "Moms with a Mission" activities to help better the community where you live and play. Join us and make a difference.
****You do NOT have to be a member of FIT4MOM to join the FIT4MOM Our Village Weekly Playgroup. All moms are welcome! This is a FREE group!
What if I need to cancel my membership?
A 15-day notice is required to cancel your membership. A copy of the policies can be found in your PIKE13 account.
You can still attend playgroups, playdates and MNO events without a membership.

All membership also include being a member in our closed Facebook group, weekly playgroups, monthly Moms’ Night Outs and more!
Can I bring family or friends who are visiting to class with me?
Visitors are welcome to come to class FREE of charge! If you have an extended-stay guest who will participate longer than one week, they will be subject to a $20 per class charge. All visitors must register in PIKE 13 to sign our waiver in order to participate.
How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
Email evewood@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing 15 business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.
Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 3 months. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
When can I place my membership on hold or cancel it?
Holds can start any day of your billing cycle. Our system auto-prorates your membership upon release of your hold. There are no refunds on dues once payment has been paid. To avoid payment, all requests need to be received in writing 15 business days before the next payment is due.
How do I change my return date on my hold?
You can return from your hold on any day of the month. You need to email evewood@fit4mom.com at least 24 hrs prior to your return. If you attend class without advanced notice your credit card on file will be charged the drop-in rate of $20/class.
What is the fee to place a membership on hold?
There is a $20 fee to place your membership on hold. Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 3 months.
**No fee will be required for a maternity hold
Can I attend classes when my membership is on hold?
When your membership is on hold you can attend classes at the drop-in rate of $20/class. Your credit card on file will be charged automatically.
What is the enrollment fee for a membership?
There is a $89 enrollment fee for all new monthly memberships. If you sign up for membership on the first day of class this enrollment fee will be discounted by 50%.
If you cancel your membership and then wish to rejoin, you pay a $20 reactivation fee to rejoin.
How do I update my credit card on file?
To update your credit card on file:
Log into your Pike13 account
Below your profile photo you will see a list of options
Click on "Payment Methods"
Update the information
Click “Save”
Be sure to delete the old credit card on file
If your monthly dues payment fails and you do not respond to our emails to update your credit card info, your membership will be cancelled.

Who do I contact with questions about my membership?

Is my membership transferable to another franchise location?
No. Memberships are only valid for the franchise where they were purchased. If you move to an area outside of our franchise, you will need to cancel your current membership and sign up for a membership at the new franchise. We encourage you to contact the franchisee where you are moving to and let them know you have a current FIT4MOM membership at another franchise.
