Stroller Strides Open House

Looking for a workout you can bring your baby to while also meeting other moms? Join us for our Stroller Strides® Open House, a free community event designed for moms with babies and toddlers who want to move their bodies, connect with other moms, and feel supported in this season of motherhood.

Stroller Strides® is a total-body fitness class for moms that combines cardio, strength training, and core work — all while your little one rides along in the stroller. This open house is the perfect opportunity to try a mom-and-baby fitness class, meet our instructors, and experience the supportive community that makes FIT4MOM so special.
