Your Sunday Morning Reset

Core & Restore is a mom-only, in-person class designed to rebuild strength from the inside out. This format blends intentional core training with restorative, mobility-focused movement to support prenatal and postpartum bodies at every stage of motherhood. Expect a challenging but low-impact workout that improves stability, breath connection, and functional strength while prioritizing recovery and long-term resilience. This class creates space for moms to move with purpose, reconnect to their bodies, and leave feeling both strong and restored.

Class meets Sunday mornings at 8:00 at The Community House in Hinsdale. During colder months we will upstairs in the fitness room and outside on the back patio during colder months.
