Regina has been an active member of the FIT4MOM East DuPage West Cook community since 2021. As a wife to Matt, mom to Amelia (3), Elly (6 months), and dog Kinnick (8) she teaches high school Health Science classes and is an Athletic Trainer. She has almost 20 years experience working in the field of exercise science from fitness to injury treatment and rehabilitation to teaching! She is dedicated to leading others toward their movement goals while providing a welcoming social environment.
