Ellen has been part of FIT4MOM East DuPage West Cook for more than 2.5 years and serves as the FIT4MOM EDWC Events Team Lead, organizing Moms’ Nights Out, playgroups, and the franchise book club, LIT4MOM. A registered nurse and passionate community-builder, Ellen first joined FIT4MOM after having her son, looking for a way to stay active while connecting with other moms. She quickly found a supportive, inclusive village that helped her navigate everything from sleep training to car seat recommendations.

Ellen lives in the western suburbs with her husband, Conner, their son, Jamie, two cats, and a dog—making their home a lively “zoo” she lovingly embraces. She is grateful for a mom community that supports families through every season and believes in modeling the importance of movement, wellness, and connection for her son from an early age.

Outside of FIT4MOM, Ellen loves to travel and has visited more than 20 countries.
